EverlyWell

 

EverlyWell provides convenient at-home sample collection process with results delivered on our secure platform in just days, allowing consumers to take control of their health.

My Role: This was a 8 month project on a mostly one person team where my role included Art Direction, Product Design, Creative Marketing Design, Brand Strategy, Packaging Design, Environmental Design, and Motion Design.

 
 
 
 

PROBLEM

The current brand had a lack of clear persona and direction. The product and data visualization needed to be rethought to be more intuitive and compete with competitors. A major Ux and visual overhaul was needed to bring new growth to the company. 

GOAL

Create a platform that easily allows users to order home health test. Provide clear data visualization of results, new product features to allow growth with product, and update creative to drive new and return customers.

 
 

HOW WE GOT THERE


 
 

IT ALL STARTED WITH A DESIGN SPRINT

Starting with a design sprint to discover current product pain points and common themes to build archetypes and a product roadmap. Heuristic audits of competitors strengths and weaknesses were completed to see where we fit in this expanding market, and how we can improve.

 
 
 
 

BRAND UPDATE AND CREATING GUIDELINES

Starting this extremely fast paced product and brand overhaul project by giving the brand a more clean, fresh, and engaging feel while keeping the original brand logo. Setting up brand guidelines, pattern libraries, and templates to be used across the product and all marketing material.

PACKAGING RE DESIGN  

Creating a clear color system for current product offerings that was expandable as new test were added to offerings. The packaging was redesigned on a tight deadline of one week to be ready for expanding into in store retail spaces. Using the curve of the e and a play on science experiments "bubbles" were created as a secondary brand element used throughout all new designs.

 
 
 

CREATING A DESIGN SYSTEM AND A CONSISTENT PATTERN LIBRARY

In order to have the best experience and cohesive design global design and interactions were set up.

NEW RESULTS PLATFORM 

The results platform was completely re designed in a short timeframe to be more engaging and intuitive. The ui makes it easy for the user to onboard, order test, review results, create wellness goals, connect to the EverlyWell facebook community, and learn more about their health.

A refresh on the current site was done in a short two week timeframe, giving a more modern feel and better ordering experience.

 
 
 

HELIX PARTNERSHIP DESIGN AND LAUNCH

A packaging design, EverlyWell user flow within the Helix store, and marketing collateral were designed within two weeks to support the new product launch. A genetics section was then available within the EverlyWell results visualizing and explaining genetic data from test.
