Aurea acquires compelling software companies and and makes them available though their online platform.  Transforming these companies to strengthen and grow client relationships to deliver the business outcomes users demand. 

My Role: This was a two month project on a one person team where my role included Art Direction and Product Design with input from my creative director. 

PROBLEM

Acquired products that have outdated user experiences and interfaces for the various levels of the Aurea product suite. 

GOAL

Focus on major improvements to product quality, features, and dependability for all new products that are acquired. A fresh visual re skin to compete with product competitors and create a better experience and value.

MEETING CURRENT USER INTERFACE AND EXPERIENCE NEEDS

Starting with a Ux overhaul that was within the scope of the engineering teams capability within the framework and timeline set for the project. Two acquired products were completely re-engineered and re-designed to drive massive improvements in speed, performance, ease-of-use, mobility, and more.

CREATING CONSISTENCY

As new products are acquired global interaction patterns and styleguides were created for each product to ensure consistency. As the product grows Ui kits are easily updated to insure all new functionality and patterns are included. 

EXPANDED ENTERPRISE EDITIONS

For each Aurea Enterprise Edition, a complete re-architect and design of the original product — creating a far more modern version that drives up to 100x performance improvements, enhances usability, supports a shift to the cloud, and adds a premiere mobility experience.

ACCOMPANYING APP FOR ENTERPRISE EDITIONS

This companion app gives agents the access they need at their fingertips. Users can log on quickly access the information they need to keep up to date on clients, policies, and their monthly commission earnings to stay on track.
