Pulse-GetWell Network
A new product platform to help solve the pain points in the patient experience in and out of the hospital experience.
My Role: This was a three month project in a two person team where my role included Art Direction, Product Strategy, Ux, Ui, Visual Design and Motion Graphics.
PROBLEM
Creating data-driven Clinical Strategies that drive key hospital performance measures with a large unorganized collection of data with clear gaps regarding patient experience.
GOAL
To design a new product that pairs with the GetWell Network to create new market growth, improved patient outcomes and experience, and whole hospital health. Operationally (Proven change mgmt. model, actionable insights). Clinically (Best practices, utilization). Financially (LTV of patients).
HOW WE GOT THERE
RESEARCH AND STRATEGY
Starting from scratch, we hosted a workshop
with our stakeholders, hospital directors, hospital unit leaders, and patients to build a base direction.
During the workshop we brainstormed potential
product features, user personas, and current pain points in the overall GetWell system.
FEATURE DISCOVERY
Use unique captive moments throughout the journey to create outcomes with people (employees, patients, families) through content (Personalized/precision Care).
MVP must have's: At a glance overview on hospital status at director and unit level, Alerts at both levels for changes in patient experience ratings, ratings over time, and trends in hospital care reviews.
PROTOTYPE, TEST, AND REPEAT
To enhance the delivery of the care experience where it matters the tools and touch points were tested to create a seamless care continuum—increasing quality of data, care and outcomes. Data (Clean, measured, and analyzed data, Patient Index). Tools & Touch points (channels/mediums/interfaces)
